The Delivery Blueprint

A paid, fixed-fee diagnostic that ends the guesswork - your systems mapped, the highest-return fixes ranked, and a costed plan you can act on. The scoping pays for itself: the fee comes off the build it leads to.

End the guesswork before you spend on the build

Most delivery money is lost deciding what to do, not doing it - a stalled AI pilot, systems that will not talk, a process buried in manual work, and no clear, costed picture of the fix. The Blueprint is that picture. In two to three weeks a senior engineer assesses what you have, ranks what to fix by return, and hands you a plan precise enough to act on - with us, or with anyone.

What you get

  • A scored findings report - where you stand, pillar by pillar, with the evidence behind every finding
  • A prioritised remediation backlog - every fix ranked by impact against effort, quick wins first
  • An executive readout - a walkthrough for the people who decide, recording and slides included
  • A costed, fixed-price plan for the first sprint - acceptance criteria included, yours to act on with us or without

Three flavours, one shape

Same diagnostic discipline, pointed at the problem that is actually hurting. Pick the one that fits, or let the first call decide.

Automation Opportunity Audit

The lead engagement

Your manual processes mapped, and the highest-return automations ranked and costed. Where a team's hours are quietly disappearing, which work is safe to automate, and what to reclaim first.

Integration Health Check

Systems that don't talk

What talks to what across your estate - and what silently doesn't. The data flows, the failure points, the brittle couplings that will bite, and a clear order for connecting them.

Azure Well-Architected Review

Your cloud, scored

Your Azure estate measured against Microsoft's five pillars - reliability, security, cost, operations, performance - with the real risks surfaced and a prioritised fix list. A vendor-neutral review from an engineer with nothing to upsell.

The scoping pays for itself

The Blueprint is a fixed fee, agreed before we start. Commission the build it recommends and the whole fee comes off it - so the scoping costs you nothing if you go ahead, and leaves you a report worth having if you do not. Either way, everything we produce is yours to keep.

How it runs

  • Kickoff - we agree scope, access and the questions that actually change the answer
  • Assessment - read-only analysis of your systems; nothing in your live environment is touched
  • Readout - the findings, the backlog and the costed plan, walked through with your team

Two to three weeks, kickoff to readout - read-only access, nothing changed

Why it beats the free assessment

Cloud vendors will fund a partner to assess you for nothing - because that partner then sells you the migration, the managed service, the licences. The findings serve the sale. The Blueprint is independent: one senior engineer, no product to push and no licences to resell, and the same engineer who finds the problems is the one who fixes them. Twenty-six years across defence, banking and national digital identity means the review is done by someone who has built and run systems where failure was expensive - not someone reading down a checklist.

Questions, answered

What does it cost?
A fixed fee, scoped to the flavour and the size of your estate, quoted after a short call - never open-ended. Commission the build it recommends and the fee is credited against it.
What if we don't go ahead with the fixes?
You keep the report and the plan - they're yours, and useful to any engineer. There is no obligation to use us for the remediation.
Do you do the fixes too?
Yes - that is the point. The engineer who diagnoses is the one who builds. The Blueprint is designed to flow straight into a fixed-price Delivery Sprint.
What access do you need?
Read-only. We work from inventory, configuration and the platform's own signals; nothing in your live environment is changed.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks from kickoff to readout.

Fifteen minutes will tell you if this fits

Bring the problem - the stalled pilot, the systems that don't talk, the manual process eating your team. You will get a straight answer on whether it is sprint-shaped, what it would cost, and when it could be running.
